Annual Overview

Every great lawn begins with a plan

Early Season

The first two treatments set the tone for the entire season. A granular pre-emergent application prevents weeds before they can take root, while a balanced blend of nitrogen, iron, and organic soil nutrients jumpstarts your turf coming out of winter dormancy

Mid Season

During the growing season, we switch to liquid treatments for faster uptake and stronger response. Targeted weed control and balanced nutrients keep your lawn healthy and growing strong.

Late Season

Fall is the time to repair summer stress. We strengthen your lawn with core aeration, premium fescue overseeding, starter fertilizer, and lime.

A winter fertilizer then feeds the roots during dormancy to prepare for a strong spring.

FAQs

How will I know when my lawn has been treated?

You will receive a text message on the day of service to confirm your appointment, along with a receipt once your treatment has been completed.

We also place a small lawn stake with our logo that details the specific application performed and the time of treatment.

How long does it take to see results?

While the starting condition of your lawn plays a significant role in your overall results timeline, most properties will begin to show noticeable greening within 1–2 weeks. Broadleaf weeds typically begin wilting within the first 3–5 days following treatment.

Consistency is key!

Are the applications pet friendly?

Depending on the application — particularly our liquid treatments — we recommend keeping pets off the lawn until the product has fully dried. While the materials used are applied according to label guidelines, allowing the lawn to dry helps prevent tracking onto paws and fur.
